Connected Camps is a non-profit organization that provides creative, problem-solving, and interest-based learning experiences to children and teens. They have launched two Minecraft servers free of charge in an effort to connect youths after the spread of COVID-19. It also offers affordable virtual camps through games such as Fortnite, League of Legends and Rocket League.
Conected Camps has announced the creation of two Minecraft servers. These servers are designed to cater to two age groups. Kid Club is for children aged 8-13 years old and provides a safe and fun environment for them to play Minecraft. It also offers "an online community for kids to explore their creativity through unstructured play, share their knowledge with others, and grow their Minecraft knowledge."
Connected Camps offers Kid Club Hours Monday through Thursday between 11:00 and 15:00 PT /14:00 ET / 19.00 and 23:00 UK. Later sessions are available Fridays to Sundays from 13:00 to 17:00 PT /16:00 to 20:00 ET. Expert counselors are available to provide mentorship in areas such as STEM, problem solving and web literacy.
ConnectedCraft is the second server. It's designed to give 14-17 year-olds "a safe, secure, online space to create, build, and have fun with their friends, while they grow their skills."
The hours of this server are Wednesday through Friday, 13:00 to 15:00 PST / 16:00 to 18: ET / 21:00 to 23.00 UK.
These camps are available from June 1 through August 14. There are also a number of low-cost clubs and online camps that can help you build skills or interest. All of these are done via games. One of the many options is (via Connected camps).
